With over 15 years of experience in the Minnesota real estate market, I've had the privilege of building a rewarding career. My passion lies in guiding individuals to homeownership and helping them build wealth through real estate investment. In 2013, I founded Realty 32 with the invaluable support of friends and family. At Realty 32, we've taken a fresh approach compared to traditional real estate companies that charge substantial commissions, typically ranging from 5% to 7%, to sell a home. We introduced the innovative 3.2% listing fee for buying and selling a home. We aim to provide new, efficient solutions to age-old problems, ultimately enhancing the real estate industry and saving thousands in commission for homeowners. When not dedicated to growing our business, I cherish spending quality time with friends and family and exploring diverse cuisines. Seafood noodle soup, particularly with crab, oysters, and roast duck, tops my list of culinary favorites. And come Sunday, I tune in and passionately support the Vikings during their games.
